We’ve updated our return process to make it faster and easier for you! We now use Redo for all returns and exchanges.
1. Return Window

All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Return (Required)

All returns must be processed through our [Redo Return Portal -https://vibrant-m-i-u.myshopify.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login?referralId=6a035eb8156428b5fe2a124b ].

Important: We no longer accept manual returns or packages sent directly to our warehouse without Redo authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
3. Eligibility & Conditions

Regular Priced Items: Eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Final Sale (Non-Returnable):

All sale/mark-down items.

Items purchased using a Promotional or Discount Code.

Accessories (Jewelry, bags, scarves), Beauty/Cosmetics, Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Undergarments.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
4. Shipping & Fees

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless Redo coverage was purchased).

Always use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
