We’ve updated our return process to make it faster and easier for you! We now use Redo for all returns and exchanges.

  • All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Regular Priced Items: Eligible for a full refund or exchange.

  • Final Sale (Non-Returnable):

    • All sale/mark-down items.

    • Items purchased using a Promotional or Discount Code.

    • Accessories (Jewelry, bags, scarves), Beauty/Cosmetics, Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Undergarments.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

4. Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless Redo coverage was purchased).

  • Always use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
